Shipping information
Get Gilbert Chocolates delivered to your home or sent as a gift. Shipping prices appear when you enter an address at checkout. Orders of $50.00 or more ship free.
Warm-weather packaging
It is safe to ship Gilbert Chocolates in warmer months — we take extra care packaging gourmet chocolates with special ice packs for warm-weather shipping when conditions require it.
Shipping zones
Due to carrier rate changes, we use standardized shipping zones. You will see the shipping price for your items after entering a shipping address while building your cart and during checkout.
Ship days
We do not want your order sitting in a transportation hub over a weekend. National shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. If your address is in the Midwest or east of the Mississippi River, we ship Monday through Thursday. We also check destination temperatures and may delay a day when cooler weather is coming for better product arrival.
Holiday & gift timing
Gilbert Chocolates cannot be responsible for late packages due to circumstances beyond our control — including incorrect or incomplete addresses, severe weather, natural disasters, or disruptions in air or ground networks. For holiday or special-date gifts, please allow enough delivery time when you order.
